Three concession locations managed by ExplorUS have received a high honor from Tripadvisor — the 2024 Travelers’ Choice Award.
Colossal Cave Mountain Park, outside of Tucson, Arizona; Cades Cove within Great Smoky Mountains National Park in Tennessee; and Carlsbad Caverns Visitor Center in New Mexico’s Carlsbad Caverns National Park have been recognized for delivering great service. Each year, Tripadvisor honors travelers’ favorite destinations around the world, based on consistently great reviews and ratings posted on their website, Tripadvisor.com. Travelers’ Choice award winners are among the top 10% of listings on Tripadvisor.

ExplorUS provides a range of visitor services at these three locations. Our operations within Carlsbad Caverns National Park began in 2008, and we have the unique challenge of operating a cafeteria and gift shop inside a cave, as well as a larger gift shop and restaurant aboveground. Since 2015, we have operated all Park operations at Colossal Cave Mountain Park, including a variety of cave tours, a gift shop, cafe, and campground. For nearly a decade, our teams have been serving visitors at Cades Cove’s campground store and deli, along with renting a large fleet of bicycles for visitors who want to pedal around the famous 11-mile Cade Cove Loop.
